Personal data
We process the information you give us (name, email, phone, company, addresses) to run the marketplace: publishing shipments, sending bids and completing bookings. Exact addresses and contact details are only shared with the other party once a booking is paid.
Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal or Vipps MobilePay. We never store card details.
Your consent choice is logged with an anonymised (hashed) IP address, so we can document it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting post@fraktbud.online. You can also complain to your national data protection authority (Datatilsynet in Norway and Denmark, IMY in Sweden).
